Agreement to Terms

By installing and using the Spotify All Songs Chrome Extension ("the Extension," "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not use our Service.

Description of Service

Spotify All Songs is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to:

• Create playlists containing all songs from specific artists on Spotify
• Access complete artist discographies in organized playlists
• Automatically sort songs by album release date
• Sync created playlists across all Spotify-enabled devices

User Requirements

Spotify Account

• You must have a valid Spotify account (free or premium)
• You must comply with Spotify's Terms of Service
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security

Browser Requirements

• Google Chrome browser (latest version recommended)
• Active internet connection
• JavaScript enabled

License and Usage Rights

Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Extension for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Extension
• Use the Extension for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to circumvent usage limitations
• Share your premium access with other users
• Use the Extension to violate any laws or regulations

Free and Premium Services

Free Service

• Limited to 3 playlist creations per day
• Full access to all artist discographies
• No time restrictions on usage

Premium Service

• Unlimited playlist creation
• One-time payment of $9.99 for lifetime access
• No daily restrictions
• Priority support

Payment Terms

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Paddle.com
• Payments are one-time charges for lifetime access
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• All sales are final unless covered by our refund policy

Billing

• Payment is due immediately upon purchase
• You will receive a receipt via email
• Premium access is activated automatically upon payment confirmation

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• The Extension and its original content are our exclusive property
• The Extension is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Third-Party Content

• Music content remains the property of respective artists and labels
• Spotify content is subject to Spotify's terms and licensing
• We do not claim ownership of any music or artist information

User Conduct

You agree to use the Extension responsibly and not to:

• Create an excessive number of playlists that could impact Spotify's servers
• Use automated tools to interact with the Extension
• Share or distribute premium features with non-paying users
• Attempt to hack or exploit the Extension
• Use the Extension for any illegal activities

Disclaimers

Service Availability

• The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance

Third-Party Dependencies

• Changes to Spotify's platform may affect functionality
• We are not responsible for Spotify service disruptions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Indemnification

Termination

By You

• You may stop using the Extension at any time
• Uninstalling the Extension terminates your use
• Premium benefits continue until extension removal

By Us

• We may terminate service for violation of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Extension with reasonable notice
• Termination does not entitle you to refunds unless required by law

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations
• Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
• Small claims court for qualifying disputes

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
